Summary
Basera is implementing a DASRA-supported initiative to strengthen leadership, visibility, and inclusion of LGBTQIA+ youth—particularly transgender and gender-diverse individuals. The project focuses on:
- Amplifying youth voices in decision-making spaces
- Building institutional capacity for LGBTQIA+ inclusion
- Documenting lived experiences and systemic barriers
- Engaging stakeholders to co-create safer, affirming environments
