Shelter & Crisis Support
When someone has nowhere safe to go, or is facing violence, a police problem or a medical emergency, the first need is safety. Our shelter and crisis team works so that no one has to face that moment alone. In 2025–26, our teams registered 838 crisis cases and helped resolve 797 of them.
- Garima Greh, our shelter home in Noida, with safe stay, meals and counselling
- Help in a crisis – violence at home or outside, police support, medical emergencies and mental health crises
- Referral to shelters, hospitals and legal services when needed
- Help to replace lost or missing documents after a crisis
- Regular follow-up until the person is safe and settled
