Your support keeps Basera’s doors open
Since 2006, Basera Samajik Sansthan has been a safe place for transgender persons and other marginalised communities in Noida and Delhi NCR. Your donation helps us give shelter, health support, legal help and skills to people who are often turned away elsewhere.
What your donation supports
- Safe stay, meals and counselling at Garima Greh, our shelter home
- Help for people in a crisis – violence, police problems or medical emergencies
- Health camps, testing and follow-up so people stay on treatment
- Identity documents, bank accounts and government schemes
- Skill training and small start-up support for livelihoods
Tax benefit (80G)
Basera Samajik Sansthan is approved under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (Unique Registration No. AABAB6988L25LK02, valid for Assessment Years 2027-28 to 2031-32). Donations from Indian donors are eligible for tax deduction as per the applicable rules. For your 80G receipt, please email info@baserasamajiksansthan.org with your name, PAN and payment details.
Our registrations and reports
We are registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Reg. No. 914), with 12A, 80G, FCRA and CSR-1 registrations. Our annual reports, audit reports and FCRA returns are available on the Reports page.
Donating from outside India?
Foreign donations can only be received in our FCRA account as per Indian law. Please write to info@baserasamajiksansthan.org before donating and we will share the correct details.
